Never really follows the posted schedule. Seems to be more of a suggestion than a schedule. Often late, so take that into consideration if you have somewhere to be.

Nothing against the station itself, it is just a station after all. But as it is the first stop on the line, it is where my journey begins 5 days per week. And it is where I spend a great deal of waiting time because the train service is so unreliable. Everyday there is some type of delay due to "mechanical difficulties" or "signal/switch issues" and I am so over it. And if I have to be stuck on a train, it should at least have a/c....but no...the a/c is broken more often than not. The communication about delays is piss poor to put it mildly and the "updates" are usually wholelly inaccurate. I don't know who they have in charge of scheduling and operations but the person(s) should be fired, because this high level of incompetence and complete and utter lack of customer service is unacceptable. They should pay US to put up with this sorry excuse for a transit system. If I could give no stars or better yet negative stars, trust me I would! I have been a Miami-Dade transit rider (buses and trains) for nearly 40 years and it has just gotten worse as the years go by. All the so called "improvements" are a joke! If I had any other way to travel to avoid the metrorail, I would.

The whole transportation system was very reliable, fast and easy except in both ends where you might have to wait up to 20 minutes but overall was a good experience.

It's 2015. There should be fans on the platform and display screens at the entrances showing live Metrorail and bus route tracking information. The WiFi also needs to be upgraded and expanded to cover the bus stops out front. Oh, and pressure wash the bus waiting area facing US1. It's disgusting!!!

Yes, it has an escalator, and there are many people who go up with bicycles !!!
You can get off at Dadeland North or Dadeland South. Both stations are close.
It's kind of tricky to find it. It's a small little entry underneath the train, right by the crosswalk. It's right behind the car repair shop that's next to Bare Necessities bar and strip club.
Go north to Government center then, then get on the inner loop to the arena
There is a fee for parking (4.50) and it is better to get there early.
