Every morning at least 4 people smoking on the platform, before 7:30 am and not a single officer around neither upstairs or downstairs to check on things. They always sit outside texting. I know they might get bored but.... work much?. 3 people smoking around me right next to me, went downstairs to find an officer and not a single person around, not even outside. If a person smokes in a non smoking area not minding others around; you know there is no awareness in them or much brain to have a conversation. And honestly no conversation needs to be had because it is a non smoking area. 2 + 2 ....
