Don't waste your time , I leave my car at 8:00 for oil change and tire rotation and the guy told me come back in 1 hour, the car was ready at 11:40 , them I told the manager that I don't want to pay the full service because was awful, he gave me $5 discount because he said that wasn't his problem.I didn't accept the discount and pay full.The workers are good but the management service the worst!!!!. I will call shell because they need to change this kind of bad service.
