Dropped off a pair of work boots to be re-soled. The owner said to come back in a week. When I went back in a week the boots were not ready. The owner said to come back the next week. I did and they were still not ready. Nothing had been done. This happened two more times. Now the boots have been there over a month. When they were't ready this last time I asked how long it would be, the guy said three to five weeks. I asked why he kept telling me they would be ready each week but weren't, at this point his wife comes out of the office and starts yelling about all the work he has to do. I grab the boots and leave. Horrible, horrible service.
