It is well known on the Central Coast that Laetitia wines are exceptional, especially their sparkling wine. But did you know that their customer service is outstanding? We had planned a Birthday Brunch for some friends, and the group outgrew our in-home venue. I called Laetitia, and Danny Balogh responded quickly and connected me to Amy, the manager. Amy immediately made us welcome and was willing to accommodate each request. On August 27th, we had a stunningly beautiful event in the Laetitia “Secret Garden,” with lovely wine and excellent service from Eileen. All 45 guests smiled and laughed their way through the event, helped, no doubt, by the luscious sparkling wine. I highly recommend Laetitia for its award-winning wine, charming ambiance, and superb customer service.

I have been to a dozen or more wineries up and down the California landscape. From Napa to Temecula. But my friend recommended we go to this winery as she heard good things about it. I have to say, probably my most enjoyable time visiting a winery. We sat outside and our server was really a blast. I just wish I could remember his name. ☺ The wine of course was very good. If I ever visit Pismo Beach again, we will definitely be back.
