Lived there for 20 years 1997-2017. First 15 years was great, until some people moved in using drugs, and being very noisy at night when people trying to sleep who have real jobs trying to get a good nights rest. Just a few bad apples in the park, mostly good people though. I moved out before the new corporate owners took over, and increased the rent. Nice country area, but annoying neighbors drove me out, but it turned out to be a Blessing because I got my own land now. Peace and quiet now. 4 stars is being generous. Live there, or any mobile home park at your own risk.
