Lived there for 2+ years. Too much gossip and two faced people. Guess that's all you have to do when you get old. Management not fair to tenants either. Owners rip you off on. Lot rent. Which is not fair to elderly. Heard joe and Thelma no longer manage park Now it will really go down hill. Stay away

Loved the July 2nd cookout. Great burgers and hotdogs and food and seeing everyone. We had a great time!! Hope to do it again!

Lot rent 495.00 not a huge increase each yr. Less than 100.00 over the past 10 yrs. Park may have some for sell. But there are for sale by owners
