Phil the manager of this trailer park is a really good person once you get to know him. However, I recommend that no one rent anything from Allyn Aksomitas. I have rented a house from him for the last year and a half and he will not fix anything. Al tries to control his tenants personal lives and charges them money when it's not even owed to him. He loves drama and enjoys causing it. He screws people, bullies, intimidates, and harasses people. He has made more than $10,000 off of me in the past year and has never put one cent back into the house. I ended up falling through the floor he swore was safe. Do not rent anything Al has. He is extremely dishonest and will cheat you at every turn.
