Went to pick up the car and found someone else’s car keys in the car after getting home. Returned the keys and get a call later that more keys were left in the car. Love driving back and forth from the dealership during a workday and having you blow up our phone while driving back to return someone else’s keys YOU left in our car. So unprofessional.

I literally called to check to see if the car was available on a Monday morning. I spoke with Katherine and she asked “when could you come in?” … I was already in the car headed there about 20 min away. She assigned me to Bill who had the key and car ready for a test drive… I fell in love immediately! Bill asked me what terms I was looking for to drive off the lot and they actually came through with the exact terms! I had been preapproved but the new terms were even better. I was also allowed to take the car to get checked out overnight by a business I trust. After being there all of 20 minutes the next day because of Tim’s efficiency in finance. I was able to get back on mud side of town before traffic got hectic… I really enjoyed this pleasant car buying experience. You don’t receive this often and for that I’m grateful!
