WHAT IS I-85 WAITING FOR??? AND WAS YOUR ROAD CREW COMPLETELY STONED WHEN THEY PAINTED ON THE LINES AND DID THEY USE EUROPEAN CLOWN CARS AS A GAGE FOR THE CONCRETE BARRICADES? So much unlevel asphalt! Such narrow lanes. So many twisty curves!!! WHEN WILL THIS CONSTRUCTION EVER BE COMPLETED?!?!

This I85 widening project proves how moronic the road system and the people designing it are down here in SC. You guys need new people from the 21st century building your roads. There’s literally a 5 hour delay on a major interstate every single day. Absolutely ridiculous.

The SCDOT does not put in speed bumps or humps on state roads. the county has but they have quit. Local municipalities may as long as it is a city street.

Call SCDOT maintenance office and ask them. Lot depends on if its a state road and construction zones. So i cant answer without knowing full details plus maintenance office has requirements to be met as well.
