I was attacked and the court failed to notify me of court date so the defendant walked free. Got a hearing to reopen the case and not only did the judge dismiss the case without looking at the evidence he threaten to lock me up for expressing my disapproval. Wonder how much it took to buy a judge.

Would give them negative stars if that was possible. The level of incompetence at performing the basic functions of their job is astounding. We are foster parents and were scheduled to have a court hearing date at 2pm to try to reunite the child with their birth family. We don’t actually get into the court room until 445, the hold up for looking for an interpreter. We are left in the dark with no updates. Once we get into the court room, it’s realized that the birth mother (who was present) was never appointed a court ordered attorney. How after a few months of foster care and another 3 hours of delayed court time this was not noticed sooner is astounding. So now the hearing is delayed another 6 weeks. Aside from wasting an entire afternoon for us and the kids family during normal work hours, these are KIDS lives and well-being we are talking about here, and we were treated with such assembly line-like matter of factness. Someone needs to be held accountable.

They are not. Courts and staff operate monday through friday.
If you were given a 30 day notice and then an hourly notice, I thinking 3 days before set-out..the courts have done their part. You would need to contact the landlord and he is not entitled to let you back in..just hope he has mercy on ya..
It is FRUSTRATING! I don't even waste time trying to call anymore. I just go straight the office and ask questions in person!
