Getting the Herat journal is horrible always trouble with delivery.

My paper carrier throws the paper on the driveway and at least twice a week I have to fish a soaking wet paper out of a wet ditch. My elderly mother is unable to crawl into a ditch to find it. It does no good to ask for a replacement on the call in line, it will not be replaced the next day. I would like my mail carrier to be aware that we are unsatisfied with our delivery.

Lauren Lambert was our paper delivery person. She did a bang up job. Loved her. You fired her and now the new person is not doing a good job. Can you get them to put the paper in our box??? Customer service is not helpful!! Must I cancel?

Call the Herald Journal and asked to be transferred to the classified ads department. They will take your information and put it in the paper Friday and Saturday. A few years ago the fee was $25, but it may be more now
