I have not been to Subway in a couple of years and forgot how good it was. I got a couple of Italian BMTs to go. There was plenty of meat, cheese, and veggie toppings to make it the best (and spiciest) sandwich I've had in years. They are back on my "go to" list for quick food pick up.

Went Subway in Eureka today for lunch. Ordered a toasted tuna on wheat with some pepper jack cheese, red onion, green peppers and banana peppers. The sandwich was excellent. Great lunch!

Didn't get the customary "Welcome to Subway" that we hear in our hometown (they were all in the back) but the service was quick and friendly. Great start to a long workday!

As of 2017 (I believe) this Eureka Subway has been under new ownership. Any poor reviews must have been prior to this as their sandwiches here top any other Subway franchise. Always friendly staff. Definitely happy with how far they've came in our town.
