Waitress did not smile, say thank you or you're welcome one time during our visit. I ordered appetizers at the same time the drink order was given. I had to tell her again after we got our drinks 5 minutes later. The point of appetizers are to eat before your meal, I thought. She brought the entire food order at the same time as the appetizers. Although I was given sour cream and ranch dressing for the appetizers I had to ask for marinara sauce for dipping the cheese sticks in. There appeared to be plenty of staff and several groups were leaving as we arrived. Perhaps she was exhausted and we all have our days. I was exhausted too but I still smiled and really tried to be pleasant. I just had the feeling the waitress wanted to be anywhere else but there at that time. All in all that put a big damper on my dining experience there. Is it too much to ask people to smile? 😁😁😁😁😁

Consistently good food. We come here a couple times a month, and never leave disappointed. We normally get the wings with salad (served in a cold bowl), but also get their sandwiches or chili. Prices are very reasonable.

Had a great dinner. Alec was my waiter tonight, he did an exceptional job, making sure everything was as it needed and kept on top of things. I had the ribeye steak sandwich meal, was amazing as always. If you want a good meal at a reasonable price this is my go to place.

Dine-in, Take-out or Simply Hang-out!! Who can find the words to say how amazing the staff is here!! Everyday…from afternoon to evening to late night, the managers, the bar beauties, specifically Stella, Delta, Chelsea, Jordie, Winnie, Sarah B, the waitresses and sometimes bar beauties too… Missy, Claire, Hailey, Grace, Riley, Alecia (sp?) and, more importantly, the cooks in the kitchen … seems like I know a lot of them. Well, guess I can’t stay away because Poor Richards feels like family! And we all LOVE FAMILY!
