Rooms had a few updates and for last minute trip and price Good hotel. Breakfast was top notch and bed comfortable. Just weird location but would stay here again.

In desperate need of updating. I pulled out the sofa bed and it was covered in mouse droppings. There were also ants. They switched out the mattress and maybe discounted our stay a little. The front outside door did not lock at night like it should have. This hotel does not fit TownePlace/Marriott standards.

I have to stay here for four weeks and it's not looking good. When customers said they liked the big rooms, I hope they meant big on problems. First off, the bathroom had a dead spider on the floor. Second, the light covers and closet shelves come off easily. The bathroom smells, the cart was wobbly, and the door to the building wasn't closing properly along with the bathroom and closet doors. The TV in the living room also seemed to only have one HDMI drive so we would have to unplug the TV box just to plug in our Wii U. Also, the elevator felt like it was going to break. There's some good things though, including nice views, lots of kitchen storage, friedly staff, comfortable beds, and great breakfast food, except you should get there earlier or else they'll be out of waffle batter and cereal. The location is just weird, as it's right next to the highway and a Fairfield Inn. Also, the other guests and their behavior scares me to just walk outside (even though it's none of my business). It's a pet friendly hotel but my dog is sick, and I think air humidity is causing her to not get better or worse.

I don't want to write a lengthy review that no one will read. But i want it to be known that overall the hotel is decent. No real complaints about the rooms. Nothing great nothing terrible. But the one thing I am overly disgusted with is the lack of professionalism with the hotel staff. From the hotel cleaning staff up to the gm, all combined have left me certain that will. Ever make reservations at that hotel or any others in that chain.
