I ordered two pick 2 meals. Toppings were missing, no side pickle, one of the sandwiches came warm, and the chili had no beans. Basically it’s hot dog or French fry chili topping. Salad was all lettuce, little toppings. I should get what I ordered and paid for. Door dash is used, McAlisters could do better to seal the food better for transport and safety.

TLDR: Unpredictable store hours and unprofessional. They closes early often. Randomly closed for days at a time. Turned away 4 customers who walked in before closing and said they were unable to even take orders for tea and that they had dumped it out before closing time. Unprofessional and unpredictable business practices. I always joke with my friends we never know if they will be open or not or whether they will have the items we want to order. I normally go there as a last resort and a roll of the dice and you should consider it this way as well.

Their spuds used to be large and good. Now they're tiny and burned. Also, I paid $1.50 for cheese and got about the equivalent of a slice. Terrible value. The part that wasn't charred black was tasty enough but McAlisters definitely doesn't have the quality it used to. 😕

Here 1 week ago. Frequent customer here and usually good service and always good food. Don't like their new drink set up. The area can get crowded. When you make a refill and if someone doesn't use a lid, the back of your cup touches their backboard. Not very sanitary. Several tables were dirty during peak dinner time on this day.
