I'll tell you what the customer service at this location is usually very pleasant. However today I visited around lunch time on a Sunday and I was really annoyed by how poorly I was treated as a customer just because I had cash. I didn't have my debit card with me and I stood in line for nearly 15 minutes before somebody told me to use the kiosk but they didn't understand that I did not have a debit card and my only choice was to pay with cash and the kiosk does not accept cash nor give change. All I'm saying is that if you want to continue to keep specific customers you might want to put an emphasis on a cashier. I understand staffing is extremely difficult at this time as nobody wants to work but you won't have a job pretty soon if I quit coming to your store all together along with many other people.

This McDonalds is always busy but they are friendly too they always make sure to ask if your using the app and if you want to round I find that good.

Does everyone there Hate their job? Because I think robots can put a hamburger together better! Guy took our order, mumbled the whole time, had to ask him to repeat our order, as he didn't repeat back after ordering. Luckily we asked, he had a whole different item listed. Mumbled and mumbled. Got to window, lady was not pleasant. Get on the road, as we are heading out of town, all 4 simple cheeseburgers, slapped in pieces with a ton of ketchup all over, the wrapper and burger. A huge mess! I vote for robotic McDonalds workers! This generation does not have any work ethic. Pathetic.

We went here on the way home from an event to get some food for our kids. We waited in line forever (probably 10 minutes) and no one ever answered so I called to see if they were open and they said yes their drive thru was open and I told them we were in the drive thru and no one was answering. The lady that answered the phone said they would be taking our order soon but they never did. We drove around and looked in the windows and saw one person standing there on their phone. This was at 10:30 at night 5/7/22. It looked like they were just waiting for closing time.

I too know how horrible this particular location is....they have also overcharged me multiple times and then messed up the refund too.
