I hate leaving reviews, especially negative ones. I have placed an order online. I didn’t receive any email confirmation so no way of checking the progress if I don’t have any info. The only way I could find out anything was by calling…which I did. I called six times. No resolution, no idea when my items will be in the warehouse ( when ordering website said ready for delivery), I was hanged up on 3 times out of 6. I was transferred from department to the department. I spoke to someone who refused to transfer me to the supervisor ( said they don’t have one 🤔). Only for the items I ordered are a matching set to what I already have otherwise I would cancel immediately. One thing is for sure this was my last order from Ashley.

My husband & I bought a recliner loveseat at Ashley Home Store a few days ago. We told the salesman, Erik, exactly what we wanted, & he quickly led us to the perfect recliner for us. The store was well stocked & beautiful. Also, Erik was very knowledgeable & friendly.

Good question, depends on what you are needing delivered. But that is a question for a sales representative so I suggest you call your local store. Google should be able to provise you with that number, if you do not already have it.
Careful with this store. I had some problems with them. Their billing department is very bad.
Depends on the initial cost of the beds. We purchased a queen sized frame, box-spring, sofa, and throw pillows. Our payments are less than $40 per month
