Very bad service, my mother had already been feeling bad for more than 3 weeks and they did not want to attend to her. She got to the emergency room and from there they sent her here and they didn't want to treat her even so until now after so much insistence and it turns out that her shingles are already very advanced. The doctor apologized but what was the use of his apologies

Terrible service. I had an in office visit with my doctor for 3 months now. The night before (at 5:45 pm) Susie calls me and says that the doctor is working from home and I won’t be able to see him. She also says that he has been working from home for 2 months. I asked her why she waited until the night before my appt to tell me I will not be seeing my doctor. She said I don’t know, I requested to speak to the manager. The manager already went home. I asked for the manager to call me and explain this. We will see if she call me. I have had nothing but problems with the service at Taylor farms. If I did not like my doctor so much I would leave. They need to fire some upper management because this is not the way to treat long time patients.
