Great trail for riding road or mountain bikes. Park has a paved path (about 6-7 miles from start to finish) for road or mountain bikes and adjacent off road paths for mountain bikes (distance ?)

Good parking lot with room for around 10:00 or so vehicles. No facilities. About 1/3 of the way from Summerville YMCA and of the bike path.

Yes you can they have different points for you to park, but I don't think you want to do it overnight.
