Wouldn't purchase another home with Lennar. House is falling apart and it hasn't been a year. The customer service from the Lennar team is poor. Lennar will receive the issue and them pass you around to 10 team members before any questions get answered. They also have sent out contractors that can't or won't fix or complete the job because it's been done incorrectly the first time. Not happy with my purchase or service I have received. Definitely not referring anyone to Lennar!

From the beginning, Pam, Lennar’s liaison for buyers, was so professional & knowledgeable she really helped sell this house lol! Chip was our construction manager was very responsive to emails & was so professional. Pam & Chip made our home buying process less worrisome. They’re the best.

Absolute worst craftsmanship, promised amenities are non existent & the ones we have are so poorly maintained it's an embarrassment, it's completely overcrowded where kids bussed to other schools despite their promises. They are an absolute disgrace & are nothing but money hungry, selfish, disgusting 'builders' who care solely about taking the money & running. Do yourself a favor & DO NOT make the mistake of building in this shameful neighborhood. Lennar is the epitome of greed & betrayal.
