I can confirm the same experience with this agency as Ms. Gena Rozenbeck's review stated. I called in months ago and had to follow up several times to receive a return call, then I was transferred to their Atlanta office regarding my legal job inquiry and the same thing happened. You have to chase them and when they finally catch you, they don't have any opportunities. Waste of time entirely and Covid or not, just flat out unprofessional. As expected, their response to her review was for you to once again, contact them! Ha

I want to emphasize for others. This is a recruiting/staffing agency. I am use to regular employment agencies. (And most of them have changed their format) They are Not interested in getting You a job. They are interested in filling Their job need. This despite the fact that you are the asset that is earning them money. I cannot get a return phone call. This is after working an assignment with a Great Review. I constantly see job postings that I am more than qualified. Your name is asked everytime you call. As a professional with voice mail, I answered the phone regardless of who was on the other end if I was available. Otherwise, that is why voice mail is utilized. Then, you Return calls in a timely manner, which is usually as soon as possible, no more than 48 hours later. I am really discouraged with the lack of communication with this company. One day, I was returning a call from them regarding a position, and did not want to miss an opportunity. I was finally able to be put through on the 3rd, time spaced call. This was after stating if they could be contacted before transfer because this was the 3rd time and I left a voice mail. I am really disappointed that I am not able to be interviewed for more positions listed with Robert Half.

I’m so glad I was able to find a job on my own because this recruiting firm gave me a horrible experience. They were unresponsive (even after interviews they set me up on), were constantly ignoring my calls and emails, were often trying to talk me into taking positions I was overqualified for, and also often tried to convince me to take less than I am worth. Just an overall horrible experience. I would never recommend them to anyone and in the past, I’ve used RH in other states and had great success. The firm here is so poorly ran and a complete mess.
