I called to ask for my child’s records because we moved out of state. The first woman who answered the phone, after hearing my question, gave me an answer that did not make sense. Then proceeded to give me attitude about even asking for vaccine records. I was very confused and just trying to figure out how to get the records. She said she was unable to help then transferred me to the supervisor. The “supervisor” got on the phone does not say anything other than asking me for the date of birth of the child. She then tells me there are no records of my children’s vaccines. However in order for them to even become a patient of Dr Cepero they need to be vaccinated. How were they ever patients of Dr Cepero then? None of it makes sense and unfortunately the “supervisor” was not helpful and did not care at all about getting the information I needed. So now my current doctor and I are left to assume that they received their vaccines because this clinic is saying “they don’t have them”. I would love for an actual supervisor to call me back to help me! You have my number. Thank you!

I’m calling the past 2 days and they always have there phone off 25 mins plus before there lunch hour even starts it’s crazy needing to check on status of my sons X-rays and can never get a hold of anyone at 1135 they should have someone answering I case of emergencies
