The - by far the worst parcel service in the world - also has extremely bad customer service. Packages are not driven to the destination address, but straight to an access point and by no means to the nearest one. Preventing this seems impossible. The drivers untruthfully claim that there were unsuccessful delivery attempts and not just once but every time.

We shipped a computer out of the country via UPS earlier this year. UPS admittedly lost the computer. We purchased insurance through UPS prior to shipping which we have tried to process ever since. UPS has yet to process the claim despite our close to 100 calls and emails! They bounce us back and forth between departments, do not return phone calls or emails, and are not fulfilling their commitment. Quite simply, they are giving us the runaround! We are FRUSTRATED beyond measure! This is not what we would expect from such a large and what we once thought to be reputable company. We are still awaiting someone at UPS to take ownership and provide resolution by honoring what we purchased. Come on, UPS! You are better than this! Can someone please help?!

My package has been there since Monday still saying processing and it is now Saturday. Worst ups service never on time with their package.

The 1800 number should get you through to someone who can help. You should check the hours because they're staggered.
You don't have to wear boots but you do need to wear sturdy shoes no flip-flops no open-toe shoes in any way shape or form you will be walking through a factory... You're going on what is called a walk through to show you the facility and what you possibly will be doing if they hire you I would have advised you to wear some good shoes they don't have to be boots but it would be a plus if they were...
