Hi Adrienne, no we are stick built on site. The roof trusses we use are manufactured but but the rest of the house is built one board at a time on site.
Hi Tijuri, yes, we have several larger plans designed with large families in mind! Our staff welcome families of all sizes. We also specialize in first time homebuyers and have preferred lenders who can help you with financing if you don't already have someone to work with. We also walk you through every step of the home building process so you don't have to worry about missing anything along the way.
