We are open Sun from 1pm to 6pm. Monday - Friday from 9am to 9pm and Saturdays from 9am to 6pm. That is subject to change after "peak" season.

If my phone is currently off how will I receive my notification when my return is back

If u have wifi access try to keep up with the status of ur refund on the where's my refund website. Usually when it shows on there that it has been sent the tax place will have it as well that same day.

It is determined by the bank. The bank will determine the amount based on the based on your refund amount and history with them.
