I already have anxiety going to hospitals and doctors but I went anyway. The “medical Dr or examiner” was very dismissive. All he did was sit on in the chair and talk about how thyroid is mostly in women because they’re not like men and overthink everything. I mentioned about my weight and he legit said because I was used to my hyperthyroidism that I’m probably eating the same way. I am far from that which is why I was asking about it. He pretty much told me to eliminate everything, might as well eat air. Also not only was he rude but prescribed me a medication that interacts with the medication I have to take for my heart. Legit left the office holding back tears.

Was referred over here by another doctor to have a procedure done. The provider at Regenesis (aka the beefcake with a god complex) not only refused me the procedure, he was completely dismissive, inattentive, and uninformed. He spent less than 10 minutes in the room--a majority of the time spent talking over me and not listening to why I was there. Within this 10 minute time-frame he made sure to mention that women can't shut their minds up to sleep, that ocular migraines do not exist, and that something I was having trouble with "really wasn't that hard." He then decided I was just stressed, prescribed me an anxiety medication that I never asked for (mind you this has nothing to do with what I initially came in for), and then sent me on my way. This was the most insulting interaction I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing at a doctor's office.

New patient just trying to schedule an appointment and WOW!!!!! The rep who took the call was extremely rude! Shes just on the phone taking calls and scheduling appointments I dont believeshe has to deal with patients so why the attitude. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. Is this who they let represent their company? She tisk at me, exhaled loudly after I informed her Id like to make a appointment as a new patient. Then cuts me off as I spoke and asked questions and rudely replied her response. And as we were scheduling the date and time and had already confirm it she then says you have to reschedule it cause its already taken. So it gets moved a week further away. I just canceled my appointment and found a new doctor.

I've tried for a month on and off to schedule an much needed appointment for my medicine refills that I need, and to see about extra help due to the emotional stress covid has brought on me and a flare up of my ptsd... NO ANSWER... NO CALL BACK!!! I cant even get the receptionist to answer a freaking call to schedule an appointment, regardless of the time of day!! And my docs voicemail is always FULL WHEN THE ONE TIME I WAS ANSWERED AMD TRANSFERRED TO MY DOCS NURSE!!! I even have phone records of where I called back mumtiple times after being transferred to a full voicemail sytem and no answer after up to 10 minutes for each call of listening to the same repetitive recording!!
