I took my daughter there this past Monday. Before I start I want to clarify the staff was awesome while we were there. The issue is that we were never put in a room for privacy. They would come out to the waiting room and tell everybody's diagnosis including ours. I heard two conversations that should of been told in private. I thought HIPPA was still a thing but it's not practiced there. I would put 5 stars for the staff. They really need to change that before somebody gets sue happy.

Less than 1 star if I could! I did not have things fully explained at all. The main technician who did the tests never even spoke to me except to order me in a harsh way to swallow again. He completely ignored me otherwise. There was no care whatsoever in my comfort or support and despite the fact I was in a wheelchair there was no help at all or concern that they would hurt me. The nurses tried to hurry me to turn on my side as the main technician had commanded yanking and shoving. They didn't let me explain that ALL MY JOINTS pop out and that moving too fast will hurt me-though they led me to believe they understood my diagnoses and that I needed them to be gentle. They yanked as hard as they could to get me to turn over and the excruciating pain during and after the procedure was not even worried about by them. I cried and cried but no one asked how I was or why I was crying or if the procedure should pause. I had vivid bruises my family saw from them yanking on me. No one warned me of the side effects that barium could bring though I suffered for a week at least from being force-fed it. I was given no help with dressing despite them yank my joints in and out of my sockets. I didn't get any privacy to change either! A girl in a wheelchair who needs help being moved and they didn't help. I regret not having my dad go in with me so he could stop them from hurting me so severely. My body started swelling and as I got into my wheelchair after I couldn't move at all. For days I sobbed from the excruciating pain and the swelling made it worse. Popping my joints in and out is very easy but the price is extremely high. When the nurse snidely said to me "That wasn't so bad was it, was it?." as tears streamed down my face still I told her that it was excruciating because of my severe chronic pain but they just ignored me as if I was being dramatic and they walked off, leaving me to struggle to dress from the severe hurt they caused. They DISLOCATED my arms and legs and yet no one offered to make it better or showed any concern at all! I was in extreme pain and no one did anything! I am NEVER going back to this place ever again and I fully plan on warning everyone against coming. I was treated horribly and am still suffering all the consequences. Sequestered in bed still because of 3 people. This is suppose to be a medical facility! Treating people with health issues! It was a Nightmare and I CANNOT believe this actually happened and that no consequences for the technician or nurses came about and that not a care was given whatsoever to check in with me and try to make it better. This is NOT okay! Worst experience EVER in a medical setting-and I have been in a lot of them. 0 stars and minus 500 if I could!

The 3rd and 4th floor nurses were amazing. I hated to leave them.

Go to regional instead. Wife goes because she is experiencing tingling and numbness all over her body. Her explanation about a large ovarian cist that she's scheduled to have remove were completely ignored. After 7 hours of sitting in the hallway she was given a prescription for anxiety medication (she definitely doesn't have anxiety) and discharged. Now we have to go elsewhere and hope we don't get the same bs diagnosis.
