Trails and scenery are WONDERFUL! The woman at the pay booth was TERRIBLE. Sign says "pay before you play" so we pulled out of the way with our trailer and got out to go pay. The woman started yelling at us before we even got to her. She said "you are supposed to stop here and pay before you park, like the sign says. We have RULES here". That's not what the sign says. "Pay before you play". We hadn't started "playing" yet. When signing her waiver, she watched me sign it in the wrong spot then acted like I was stupid for it. It is a very fun place to go but be prepared when you go in, to pay and sign waivers before you do ANYTHING AT ALL. Otherwise, you'll be degraded and griped at.

Loved, loved this place!! We are already planning more trips there. It's on private land, which makes it great!! Numerous spots for campers. They have numerous cabins/lofts and also boats to stay in. And they were super clean!! The boats are just parked there and have lofts built above them. Creative!! Not all boats/lofts/cabins have bathrooms. But they do have an area on the site where you can shower and also have bathrooms. Their trails are awesome!! So many!! Jeep trails as well. Racing track. Have to say, their website pictures and Information about the cabins, isn't very good. It says heat/air...that means a window unit for air, but heat is only a single plug in heater. People we met there, had gone to Walmart to buy another heater. So bring a heater! There really isn't a sitting area inside the lofts, just the bedrooms. No chairs, so bring a couple with you. But this place is an awesome place to ride sxs!!

So much fun! I'm a first time jeep owner and this place was so great to explore and challenge myself to let the Jeep thrive in its natural habitat. I've been back 4-6 times already!

You really need some kind of 4x4. The place is built in a heavily wooded valley. So, even if it's just for spectating you'll still need to do some of the easy trails in order to reach any of the spots for viewing the more difficult locations. I'd call for finding out the cost. Unsure if it changes with the seasons.
Always a good idea. Can't realistically be enforced.
