Use my card here and due to processing issues was double charged and have been waiting for over a week for my funds back. No one seems to help nor care when I spent over $100 in this store . It’s pitiful & I will not be returning. Customer service very poor! I went back and spoke with a young lady who was very pleasant , and I was refunded today .

Quality toys except for one. No refund unfortunately be careful what u buy but great place if u do and affordable prices. It was only 20 but didn't stay in the mouth. Angled wrong. Not tight enough fish hooks set wrong didn't hold and didn't stay even when I made it tighter again no refund or store credit.

Yes it is, the door is lock at 12am but if you knock they will open it to let you in.
