I was sadly with this company for 15 years. I only needed them rarely. Last time there was an issue, they were unwilling to help. They like your money and they take your money, but they do not provide insurance. A contractor told me that among insurance companies, State Farm stands out as the worst of the worst. I suppose they select their staff according to their reputation because they are beyond rude. And after my policy was canceled because I sold my house, they actually send you a deceptive "please pay" notice, even when you don't even own the property anymore! A truly horrible and horrendous experience.
