This was the first time we had something framed, and let me tell you it was an amazing experience. Kristen did a wonderful job assisting us and providing suggestions, her guidance felt very natural and caring, like we knew her from before. The store is very nice and clean, plenty of parking and the rest of the staff was very attentive as well. Now for the quality of work, great craftsmanship and attention to detail, they really set the bar high with their customer service and work, we're extremely pleased and will return for our future framing needs.
