Got my food wrong and I live 45 mins away .I have not been back to McDonald's since they completed a wrong order for me. How hard is it for someone to make 2 dblcheese with just ketchup. And a chocolate shake that was bad. And a big Mac that was throwed together. I called and complained to asst manager but haven't been back to the McDonald's in Georgetown to get a replacement order. They need to just send me a gift card and I can go to one closer by home. Very upset about my order you pay over 23.00 for everything was wrong.

Have the double drive thru .a lil wait in line,but food was still hot and fresh ..just make sure you check your bag before you pull off .second window employee didn't confirm order before giving us our bag of food .

They need to stop all the bull that goes on in it some of the workers just don't care
A lot of times it's laziness..the crew member doesn't want to go get the supplies (shake mix, syrup flavors, etc..) so they'll say that the machine is down. Or the machine simply needs to be primed (which is sooo simple!!). I am a former employee and these are things that I have personally witnessed my ex coworkers do. Also, the machine doesn't have to be cleaned everytime it runs out of shake mix! I've had to put a bag of shake mix in the machine 2 times in a hour! There's no way the machine needs to be cleaned that much! And it didn't need time to chill the mix either! The mix is kept in the fridge, it's already cold! !!
