Not good job opportunity

My nanny was placed there a 2 months ago and was totally mobile! Wasn't able to contact her for weeks , she was admitted into lexington medical center later found out she had an excess amount of Coumadin in her system as well as a few other things my nanny is no longer mobile hasn't ate anything in week or 2 also had a feeding tube placed dr said she had. Given up!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!

It is never easy to make a decision to place a loved one in someone else's care. My dad was recently placed at White Oak Manor and I must say that I am pleased with the decision made. Today was the first day my dad saw any family member in over a month. Ms. Yolanda E. Morgan (Admissions Manager) made sure it was a seamless process from the time of admission to first visit. The staff was very friendly and receptive to my family visiting with Dad. It relieved our minds and hearts of worrying about Dad's care when we saw him. After seeing Dad today, I'm in a much better state of mind knowing he is in great care at White Oak Manor. Thanks to the entire staff for all you do to ensure the best care for not only my Dad but to all the loved ones placed in your care.

The staff were very helpful and friendly during the difficult time of placing my wife's mom. The admission process was easier than I expected, thanks to the admissions person, Ms. Yolanda. When we got mom in her room, the Nurses and CNAs were very attentive and helpful getting mom settled.
