Getting dental work done is never an easy thing, but the staff I’ve had the pleasure of working with this month has considerably comforted and aided me. Today Dr. B (the painless, kindest dentist) and her beautiful assistant Ro (helpful, gentle and went out of her way to explain some of the procedure and then go and get me a hair tie so my hair would stop going in my face…) last time some of the staff even started singing chorus of an Adele song to make me smile. My grandmother had a dental emergency on her 97th birthday. What a pleasure! I know people do not say this when going to or leaving a dentist but really from beginning to end the experience was wonderful. The staff was so caring, friendly and attentive. Thank you to everyone at Dental365 of Bellmore for taking such good care of my grandma. We were able to walk out with my grandma free from pain to enjoy her special day.
