Did our complimentary wine tasting and had the friendliest sommelier. The entrance to the wine cave is very pretty.

We enjoyed our complimentary wine tasting! Be sure to book in advance to ensure you get your tasting when you want. There was lots to choose from for the tasting and the store. I personally wasn’t a huge fan of anything I tried, but the Verdot was my favorite out of the ones I had. Atmosphere is beautiful… go check it out!

You need reservations for the winery.

No, you must have a ticket or season pass that gives you access to the whole property including the winery
Gate price includes everything. But you can't go into property without paying.
Shuttles are currently not available from the hotel, but there are shuttles from the parking lots. To gain entrance to the grounds (not even the estate), you need an admission ticket, so any Uber coming through probably won't be allowed through the gate.
Hi Ray, we recently conducted an Instagram promotion that encouraged our followers to vote on several elements to the 2020 label design... thanks for asking!
You will have to pay the estate admission fee if you want to visit the winery.
They are open 365 days a year. Hours vary on holidays. Sunday would be normal hours. Their website is tricky but you can find the hours.
Bayou General Store in Banner Elk has Biltmore Christmas wine red and white
Absolutely
I'm not employed by the Biltmore Company so I can't answer your question, however, you can go to the Website and shop there.
Not certain
Leashed pets are allowed in outside areas but not in buildings. Unless a service dog.
Is the 201 a flat rate or does the price change per season? Since it's open 365 of the year? Wanting to surprise Hubby since him and I have never been to the Biltmore or the winery.
We visited house and winery. I believe you can visit just the village and winery for separate fee. Most of the village was closed when we were there 2 weeks ago.
Not sure. I only bought one bottle
As per the winery after our last visit 2 weeks ago, all of their wines should be consumed within 1 to 2 years of retail purchase. They will go bad or sour after that normally they informed us. So 17 years. ? Open and use or pour it out. And verymtically well u always keep wine on its side.
It took us about an hour. There was a line and and actual tasting took about 15 or 20 minutes. Then you browse the store after. There's alot to look at.
Greetings! Yes, you can either purchase our wines online at: https://shop.biltmore.com/wine.html OR purchase in certain grocery/retail locations: https://www.biltmore.com/wine-retailers Thank you for your interest!
Yes. Go to shop.biltmore.com and you will find the gourmet mixes there.
Great wines, beatifull gardens
Yes, when you get to the guardhouse turn right. The winery is adjacent to the hotel. A ticket is only needed to turn left and visit the estate and gardens. Enjoy
I don't believe so. Might want to give them a call to double check.
I would think as long ss the cork was kept moist it should be fine.
Yes, if you join the wine club you get free wine tastings and a free glass of wine everytime you go.
You probably need to contact the Biltmore Winery direct and ask that question. Questions here are usually answered by Google Local Guides, not the business itself.
The whites and rose's may be ok. I know they use egg whites in the reds though.
The wine tastings are always complimentary and free of charge.
