Bought noline progressions, picked them up dirty. While wearing them I notice a blurr on the side, turns out there are ingraved numbers on the lenses. 4 of them. When I went back and asked I was told that was the normal when buying progressions at Walmart. It's an actual impairment to be drawn to the numbers on the lenses. 170$ down the drain ?? Not a happy customer

We buy glasses here after getting the prescription from our eye doctor. Decent selection, glasses always come in within 5 days even though they say a week. Rossalyn is the absolute sweetest. After today I have decided that I will ask for her to assist me, wait for her if she’s busy, and return on a different day if she’s not there. No one else working there is helpful or kind like Rossalyn is!

Wonderful optometrist! ...I set up an appointment for myself and wife. We showed up and was told "cash only". They have a VISA placard up but said their internet wasn't working. I explained to them that we had taken off work and needed to get this done. I offered a check but they said "no"... anyway they eventually took our VISA debit card (don't ask, I don't know). We went directly over to buy glasses. My wife picked out a pair and we paid for them... almost $400. I picked out 2 pair and was in the process of ordering them when I asked the distance between my pupils. I already know it's 65mm but I was double checking. The very nice lady told me she couldn't tell me??? Figure that out. Just paid for an exam and buying 3 pairs of bifocals and they refuse to tell me what pd they're ordering? ...I stopped the process. I'll go elsewhere... and my prescription is illegible anyway! Wal-mart sucks so bad at times!

Selection of glasses is alright, and it's a little less expensive than other places. My problem is that one of the opticians wasn't wearing his mask. Also, instead of calling in a week or two to tell me that my glasses were there like they said they would, they waited a month to call me and said they already had.
