From Northern abruptly pulling out, the best Dr they had abruptly leaving, another company joining then pulling out within 2 months, poor collection procedures, poor notification procedures, pedaling a non-FDA approved medicine as pain management this place needs to be closed down!! If you have a complaint you can easily file one with NC Medical board!! The more they get the more they will investigate!! Mine is getting ready to go in!!! And beware to those only getting meds! He only wants patients who get the thousand dollar shots!!

I went there for pain just to get told the only thing they could give me was suboxone for pain and suboxone is NOT FDA approved for treating pain and my drug screen was clean I've been sober for 3 years at that

Well I left a positive note for these folks. I guess it got lost out there. They have a tough job with a tough clientele. A little patience and a kind word goes far. It is sorrowful to see the elderly have to haul themselves and all their paraphernalia in here to receive treatment. So let's expedite the simple things then you all can get on with the difficult ones.thank you
