This used to be a great family practice, however it has gone downhill. The only thing any of the providers care about is money. They will not refill my EpiPen that has expired because I haven't been to the doctor in over 3 years as I haven't had a serious reason to do so. It's just the kind of person I am. They require a new patient visit which is 8-12 weeks out! Seriously?! For an EpiPen?! I understand if it were for blood pressure pills, psychiatric medication, etc, but being allergic to insects doesn't change! I wouldn't even mind coming in for a well visit in 8-12 weeks to "re-establish", but making someone go without an EpiPen in this spring weather is honestly rude and not good medical care! I have been a patient at this practice since I was a CHILD! Like in the single digits and I'm now 32 so they are very well aware of my allergies. Hope I don't get stung by anything and die before I get to the ER while I search for a new doctor! Thanks so much CFP! 👍
