12:56 on a Wednesday and the lobby is locked. Guess we are getting Zaxbys instead. What a disappointment!!! Right across the street and their lobby is open.

Every time I go the doors are locked. Have to go through drive through I believe they don't want the hihway construction workers tracking in their dirt.

i pulled into the parking lot and one of the workers literally walked outside to the door and flipped the sign to “closed.” what did I do to deserve this punishment god

Believe it or not, they may have run out of chicken. I live in Indiana and KFC, Popeyes, and Lee's Chicken were all closed on a Saturday due to a shortage of chicken.

Why is this location so slow? It does not matter time of day or day of week. This location takes far longer than any I’ve ever visited.
