They may.be friendly. But family of Loved ones beware! I put my mother in for a 5 day repite. As we have been taking care of her every day for 4 years straight. She's legally blind and has advanced Dementia. I've probably left 15 messages over the 5 day span to zero returned phone calls! Its near impossible to find out if she was even ok! There's absolutely no way to check on your loved ones if there not able to pick up the phone themselves in this facility. The Nurses turn off the phone purposely. I've called for a supervisor or the Director of the facility to call me back to no avail. Just remember if you put your loved ones here, your not going to be able to reach them or find out anything about what's going on with them. An then you have to wonder if they neglect to return phone calls, neglect to answer, an then turn off the phones. What else do they neglect....your loved ones too? I'm going to be filing a formal complaint against the facility.

Everything about this place is bad. The medical care, the cleanliness, the staff. The staff is pleasant but I’m over their heads. None of the medical staff seem to care. It took them 4 days to change a bed sore bandage. I’m extremely disappointed in this place.

The Heritage at Lowman is a great facility. With a great environment and family atmosphere! The receptionist at the Wellness Center is very friendly with a great personality!

Short-staffed and poorly managed. Won't return phone calls. Won't include family in care planning or inform of medication changes. With a Loved-one that has advanced dementia and can't advocate for themselves - leaves them in soiled briefs for hours. If Loved-one needs assistance eating - rarely gets it. Most of the time, the food is cold by the time it gets to them, and if they can't ask for it to be heated, it doesn't happen. Constant rotation in nursing staff makes it difficult for someone who needs consistent care. Horrible experience.
