Harold is an amazing man. Our clock was damaged in the move and he came out to our home and fixed it perfectly. I thought I was going to pay an arm and a leg but it was EXTREMELY affordable. He gave me tips about taking care of our Steinway and I will never forget great he was. I would recommend him to anyone.

Robin, Yes, of course! Simply swing by the shop while we're open (Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm, or Saturday 9am-1pm). We can take a look at it right there and give you an estimate how much it will cost. I will say that we're about 4 months behind on repair (you'll see why when you get there), so it might take a bit long, but I'm confident we can fix it.
