MAKE A DIFFERENCE

So EASY to spend money with these people but it is the most impossible to get service after the fact. I asked these people to take blood if urine yielded no results...they said we will if the doctor thinks we should...urine revealed nothing, next nurse says well no one is here to draw blood, gonna need to come back tomorrow (charge me twice are you KIDDING). NEXT, I call the next day to get my records and I get a 3rd party answering service who tells me this location requires you to bring in a hand signed form to obtain the records (ARE YOU KIDDING ME) it's 2022 and someone wants a hand signed paper for medical records and it could take up to 5 days. URGENT CARE means someone had an URGENT medical situation. To not be able to reach a facility you just had service at is scary, people visit Urgent care facilities sometimes when they are out of their normal town or state, so a hand signed note sounds nuts. My issue is why don't they proactively have you sign a form at the time of admission along with the other 20 documents regarding payment to avoid the need for a 3party intervention and to provide records to the patient and or their primary doctor on demand....the only thing this facility is concerned about is their payment ON DEMAND. I see this facility is just a money pit not a health care facility. They make the least amount of effort to provide the best service AFTER they have been paid. Next time I will just use a virtual doctor on my tablet.

I’ve had a great experience, from the front desk employee to the doctor himself. I was in and out with no issues whatsoever. A very clean facility as well.

I am all for people being off on holidays but how can you be completely closed on Labor Day? Not one person on call?? Then expected to drive 30 min to Irmo that has a 4 hour wait? People do get sick or hurt on holidays. Even all stores are open today. Then only open 8-5 other days so please never get hurt or sick outside of school/working hours. Absolutely ridiculous

Terrible!!! We went for a pregnancy test it was our last open option and they tried to talk us out of it... And then they didn't even talk to us about the things they should have when we looked at our my chart I had so many questions!!!! Cause we didn't discuss any of the things on there! Never recommending
