Staff is. Great super clean virus. Staff dressed. Proffesion. Spotless maintained upkeep main community people very pleant what you are really looking for. In a community there are very few out there. I will givé community 10 🥰😷🥰❤️this community great shops & restaurants every thing you hope to find. This community really has it all. 🥰😷

Used to be a great place to live, until recently. Approximately 1 year ago, management changed and since then it has gone down hill. Several complaints have been made about rodents and bugs within the apartments. Management was told about the mice outside the buildings as well as the clusters of German Cockroaches that infest some rooms. When advised of these situations, I was told to "leave them alone". Several more complaints have been issued about water leaking, which could cause mold in the future, as well as the outside grounds having mice running around. There are also fleas to a point you cannot sit outside. These issues have also been sent to Jacksonville Housing Authority for further review.

These apartments are excellent. The facility is clean and very well run. The employees and residents are all very helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend.

Go by the office and they'll give you a packet.
Its independent living apartments you have to have some kind of disability of some sort. And yes they are pet friendly... I Believe they have a weight requirement for pets. And for a single person I believe its based off your income... I hope I answer your questions to your standards.
They are very helpful. If you talk to Penny or any of the office staff they will give you a pamphlet with all the admission requirements and such.
