Really good customer service I just feel as though for the product that I was getting it was a little overpriced which I understand it is a business and they need to make money to stay open but for me the prices work a little outrageous for something that is so fragile and breaks easily

I purchased a Mamba F7 App 4th generation stack from RC-N-Go at a very good price. When it quickly arrived a cover letter appeared with the invoice that warned me to check the GUI indicator on the FC to make sure it was on before soldering and that soldered parts were not returnable. I was taken back by this and wondered how I would even be able to actually see if this stack worked in the air. I had recently purchased two flight control stacks and both had bad gyros so I had reason to be concerned. I emailed RC-N-Go and was surprised at how fast Lily emailed me back. She said the cover letter is a formality and that care was taken to be sure the FC powered up right out of the box. She assured me that RC-N-GO would fully stand by their product no matter what and that satisfaction with my purchase was primary. The exchange we had was very friendly and I felt good about opening up the package and getting started. I plugged in the FC and got my gyro led on. Good. Did some preliminary configuration in Betaflight. Great.I went ahead and installed. Well true to Diatone Mamba the quad flew perfectly the very first flight. So very smooth. So very quick! Needless to say my experience with RC-N-GO was pleasant and fast and a super deal! I'll be purchasing through RC-N-GO for my next build. Thank you Lily! Dan

We were looking for an RC car for my 13 year old. Saw this place had great reviews and decided to give it a try. Drove over an hour to get there. The owner was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t try to push us into buying the most expensive car or really anything. He told us what he would recommend for a 13 year old kids first RC car. He gave us all the info we needed and gave us space to decide what we wanted to do. My son loves his Traxxas truck! Awesome customer service and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an RC car!

Masks are required, all staff wear masks. Not sure on disinfectant policy, but there isn't much that's "hands on" in the store.
