Not sure if we just had luck or what, but... Broker had 9am scheduled pickup , we booked the load after 10am. Broker told us they can load us between 9am and 1pm but we must get there by 1pm. Driver checked in 12:55pm, they told him about the 9am appointment and that he will be a work in . After reading all the reviews we were expecting the worst, but he got a dock and was loaded by 3:30pm.
