Absolutely HORRIFIC service! I will NEVER EVER order from Ashley furniture or have any dealings with Broad River again. I was given a delivery date of 10/27. It's now 11/26. I still haven't received my completed order. I was double charged for item, which still have not been refunded, I've had at least 12 conversations with customer service and management, to no avail. No support or solutions provided and I was simply told that they can take up to 6 months to deliver my furniture (though I had a set delivery date). 1 (out of over 20 items) ordered were scheduled by Broad River for delivery, without my knowledge and when I called to state I couldn't be there for the delivery at that day/time, after waiting a month for that 1 item, I was told that they would charge me $80 to reschedule AND that they could not reschedule the item for delivery because they messed up and forgot to take it off the delivery manifest 2X. I'm exhausted. Worst possible service ever. Never again.

Let me start off to say , overall experience at the Stonecrest location in Lithonia, Ga was absolutely great .. this location we worked with Chrissy and Stephone were so cool and helpful with everything. The customer service at this location was great . However , Idk WHAT happened after going there . The overall delivery and the lack of the actual communication was just TERRIBLE . I understand that stuff has been taking I guess longer to be made but was not told that from the BEGINNING. Literally ordered furniture in like 2 months in advanced and was told we would have it move in day, then all of a sudden when we were expecting it , now it’s changed to a whole month later ! Chrissy did everything she could to figure it out , but we just decided to wait and had to sleep on a blowup bed , (mind you we are still having to pay for the furniture and we haven’t even received not one thing) .. delivery came and STILL the major stuff was missing like our bed and couch ! Had to wait another couple weeks for it .. then once received , there were DAMAGES to our our bed frame and the legs were MISSING to our couch . Had to wait on legs to come in . So after having to wait a full 3 months to FULLY have our furniture, another month later we get a call saying we have a balance of $138 for the second delivery . LIKE WHAT!? WHY ARE WE BEING CHARGED FOR WHAT YOU GUYS DID!? Honestly at this point I just don’t want to EVER deal with any Ashley’s company again because everything was just too complicated and stressful.

My wife and I purchase a bed from Ashley Furniture in Warner Robins, GA on March 7, 2021. We still have not received our purchase, I called them today and they continue to tell me that they only have my rails without a ETA on the rest of our bed. I understand that there is a pandemic and people not working but it's almost 6 months later. When we first bought this item we were told 4 to 12 weeks and were ok with that. I'm about ready to cancel the order.

No it's not just you. This company cares nothing about it's employee's. So the employee's have no motivation to give top notch service.
