If I could leave 0, I would. Customer service is unbelievably disgusting. I can come in there giving the upmost respect, and get nothing but attitude. I can try to call and inquire about an item, attitude. Like I literally dread having to shop at RD, because I don’t know what I’m gonna get. No one should have to feel that way shopping at an establishment.

I went here for the first time this morning doing Instacart around 11am. The second I walked in the door an employee was rude to me because I mistakenly walked in the exit door instead of the entrance. The store is extremely unorganized and the labels are unclear. I approached a woman stocking the shelves and she ignored me the first time. When I said, "excuse me, ma'am" the second time she rolled her eyes with her hand on her hip and said "What do you want?" I had to ask her a third time to physically show me where something was and she talked to me like I was stupid. She's miserable at her job and should not work in customer service. Employees like her are an embarrassment to the company. My cashier was kind and helpful.
