While 90% of the time I've had exceptional service, whoever the driver was today, June 3,2022, needs to use common sense and put pkg on covered porch and not the back deck. It's not the normal driver. He's delivered twice and the 1st time the item was ruined as it rained , this time i was home when I got the notification and thought to check the back deck!!! Put items on PORCH

The drivers are suppose to deliver the package to the residents door NOT AT THE MAILBOX THIS CAUSED A LOT OF TROUBLE IF I WANTED IT IN THE BOX I WOULD'VE USED THE POSTAL SERVICE
