The personal at this fire station are outstanding,they helped me on August 8 2022 in a situation that I was unaware of. Thanks Firestation,especially to the personal that showed up I was able to get to my car.Thanks again

I have been by 3 times in the last 2 weeks to receive help getting a car seat installed. There has never been more than one vehicle parked here at a time, and not once has anyone answered the door or any of my call-ahead phone calls that I have made in order to see if someone is available. Yes, the fire trucks were always parked in the garage so I know they were not out on duty. Good thing I don't live in the area in case I was ever in need due to an emergency!

Questions & Answers

Does the fire department have a device that will rattle and rouse a person who’s hard of hearing? I know Lewisville used to have support for people who can not hear well.

Is this in reference to a smoke detector or fire alarm activation? If so then the county Fire Marshall's office should be able to help with those accommodations.

Do you accept stuffed animals ? They have never been played with, used only for display in my home.

Occasionally we do, however currently we have more than enough thanks to many who have donated. I would suggest either local food banks, Forsyth County Sheriffs Office, or maybe a local place of worship and see if they need them or can give you any groups that may. Thank you for the offer!
